2 tablespoons of sesame seeds*
1/2 cup of slivered almonds*
1 small head cabbage (mix red and green if desired)
1 package chicken top romen
4 green onions, chopped*
*optional but recommended
Dressing:
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or any type of vinegar)
1/2 teaspoons of pepper
Spice packet from Top Romen
Brown almonds on cookie sheet at 350• F for 7 minutes. Mix together with sesame seeds and crushed ramen noodles. Set aside. Shred cabbage and mix with green onions. Set aside. Combine dressing ingredients. Comine salad ingredients. Combine salad ingredients and dressing together and toss just before serving.
